DACS Payback Online

Team News - Keir Whitaker to join Iridescent
Iridescent is delighted to announce that Mr. Keir Whitaker will be joining the team in October 2004. Keir has a strong technical background with market expertise in the NHS. Keir will greatly strengthen the services Iridescent provides and will add a range of new talents to the team. We look forward to welcoming Keir to the team!

DACS 20th anniversary
Iridescent is pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring DACS' 20th anniversary celebrations. Beyond / Winterflood
Iridescent has been retained by Winterflood securities to develop a solution to synchronise Contact records within an Exchange 2003 public folder with a MySQL database used as a data store for Winterflood's contact management intranet system.
Update: The solution passed user testing with no issues being reported and was successfully updated to accommodate extra fields to be synchronised with no code changes. The solution went live on time and to budget.

Move to new office
Iridescent has moved into a new office suite in central London to be better positioned to provide excellent service to our clients. Our new location in Hatton Garden allows us easy access to all of central London, and is a convenient location for our clients to reach.

Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trust
Iridescent has been retained by Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trust (THPCT) to assume support and development roles relating to THPCT's Internet and Intranet sites. Iridescent will relieve internal support staff from having to support and amend the sites and will offer technical advice relating to how the sites could be moved forwards. Update: January 2004 - Iridescent has developed full content management systems for multiple THPCT departments to manage their own internet presences. For examples, please see the following websites: http://www.thpct.nhs.uk/afc and http://www.nelcrad.nhs.uk
Update: December 2003 - Iridescent has enabled THPCT's intranet solution, known as Webdesk, to be accessed from anywhere on the internet / NHSNet whilst still utilising the existing Active Directory authentication process.

Ultimate
Iridescent has been retained by Ultimate Insurance Solutions to develop a claim management system to streamline claim processing within the organisation. The solution is to be remotely hosted, be fully browser based and run against a SQL Server 2000 database.
Update: September 2003 - The solution went live on time and to budget and is currently being used as the core business tool for Ultimate's day-to-day processes. The volume of business being processed has increased significantly since the solution went live.
